An educational tool that covers gaslighting, blame & shame through a Black American cultural lens. This topic addresses rape culture using realistic scenarios and questions that guide the student(s) to analyze and evaluate their way of thinking.

Included: 11 Scenarios, 3 Critical Thinking Questions, Writing Sheet, Guide's Answer Sheet

This worksheet is from the Illuminating Lessons: Rape Culture workbook created by the heartbulb project. The heartbulb project implements decolonization programs for Black youth via educational tools & services in the United States and Tanzania, focusing on topics ignored and purposely omitted from government-approved curricula.

The Guide is responsible for reviewing the worksheets prior to the study and discerning whether their child(ren)/student(s) are mature enough to engage in these lessons; age alone should not be an indicator. Reading materials are provided for the guide on heartbulbworksheets.com and it is recommended the guide read these prior to their review.

I want this!

Hello! I create free educational tools, resources, and services that provide the curricula necessary for marginalized youth to navigate and build shelter from institutionalized violence, covering topics largely ignored, distorted or whitewashed within the American public school system. The work I do is not yet supported by grants, advertisements, or any other outside sources so your support (money, time, materials, 1-year subscription services, and/or a heartfelt review) is greatly appreciated! Thank you!
